Mr. Vaneasked the Minister of Agriculture what checks exist to prevent the tenant or occupier of a house, the property of the Forestry Commission, from spending a greater sum of money on reconstruction, repairs or decoration than would have been allowed if the property had not been leased from a Government department and so exempted from the usual by-laws and licensing restrictions.
§ Mr. T. WilliamsA tenant of a Forestry Commission property is bound by the same by-laws and licensing restrictions as a tenant of any other property.
