§ Mr. ShinwellThis soldier, who joined the Army on 21st October last, was charged with theft on 29th November when he was placed under close arrest. The trial was due to take place on 11th January but had to be postponed owing to the illness of a principal witness. The soldier was informed on 26th January that the trial would take place on 31st January.
