§ Mr. ShinwellI would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Salisbury (Mr. J. Morrison) on 10th May, 1949. So far as can be foreseen, the considerations which made it impracticable for large scale tattoos to be held this year or next will continue to be applicable in 1951.
