§ Sir S. CrippsThe amount of the loan by the Reconstruction Finance Corporation now outstanding is about 107 million dollars. It is expected that the loan will be paid off by 1952. The present value of the marketable securities held as cover for the loan is some 335 million dollars. The last part of the Question does not at present arise.
