§ Mr. Platts-Millsasked the Minister of Education when the National Union of Students may expect to receive a reply to their letter of the 14th October relating to college testimonials; and, in view of the importance of the principle involved in this matter, if he Will circulate appropriate recommendations to local education authorities and other responsible bodies.
§ Mr. TomlinsonI regret the delay in replying to this letter. I have now asked the National Union of Students to furnish full particulars of the case referred to in their letter and I will then consider what further action on my part is called for.
