§ Mr. BevanA practitioner in the National Health Service is required to comply with the terms of the local arrangements regarding treatment in emergency. The executive council have power to exempt particular practitioners on ground of age or infirmity, or where they have limited lists from liability for emergency night calls to persons not on their lists.
