§ Sir J. Mellorasked the Minister of Health if he will give a list of the present assets of the Hospital Endowments Fund and the nominal amount of each security.
§ Mr. BevanThe extensive time and work involved in compiling a list of the assets of the Hospital Endowments Fund could not be justified at the present stage. An account of the transactions of the Fund will, as required by the National Health Service Act, be presented to Parliament annually.
