§ 117. Mr. Lowasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether he will make a statement about the negotiations with His Majesty's Governments in India and Pakistan for the payment of proportionate pension and compensation to members of the non-Secretary of State's Services.
§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerThe question of the grant of proportionate pensions to members of the non-Secretary of State's Services is still under consideration by the Governments of India and Pakistan. I hope that it will be possible to make a statement without undue delay.
