§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health if he will inquire into a case, details of which have been submitted to him, of a medical practitioner demobilised from the R.N.V.R. in January, 1946, after 5½ years service, who has obtained an appointment as registrar to the Royal Portsmouth Hospital at a salary which is nearly one-third lower than the salary to which by the Spens Committee recommendations he would be entitled; and when will the promised adjustment be made in accordance with those recommendations.
§ Mr. BevanSalary rates will be adjusted retrospectively to 5th July last as soon as they have been determined in consultation with the profession.
