§ 43. Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Minister of Labour what provision exists to enable a workers' representative to be present 18W at the scene of the accident, in all cases of industrial accident, when examination is being made by the officials of the Board of Trade and of the employers; and if he will make regulations to ensure this right to workers' representatives in all cases.
§ Mr. IsaacsI am not aware of any such legal provision, and I am advised that I have no power to make regulations conferring the rights mentioned.
