§ 100. Mr. Chetwyndasked the President of the Board of Trade how many factories have been completed on the North Tees Industrial Estate; how many are under construction and what will be the approximate dates of their completion; and whether all the factories have been allocated.
§ Mr. BottomleyTwo factories are almost complete and the tenants have begun to move in, and four more have reached the stage at which tenants could take up partial occupation. The remaining four factories are well under way and unless there are unforeseen obstacles should all be ready for occupation by early summer. Three factories and part of a fourth have not yet been allocated.
