§ Mr. J. FreemanThere has been no change in the method of allocating steel to builders of rolling-stock. The quarterly allocations are based on the manufacturers' estimates, checked against the Ministry's knowledge of their production programmes. I am informed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Fuel and Power that the amount of building steel allocated for power stations has recently been increased.
