§ 12. Mr. Piratinasked the Secretary of State for Air what improvements have taken place, as a result of his instructions, at Burtonwood R.A.F. camp; and what are the general conditions now prevailing there.
§ Mr. de FreitasThe N.A.A.F.I., two airmen's dining halls, and about 50 huts have been redecorated. A new sergeants' mess has been provided. The lighting has been improved in over 100 huts. Work on the surface drainage of the camp is still going on. The camp is not as satisfactory as I would wish and further improvements will be made.
