§ Mr. Lawasked the Minister of Food it he is aware that independent dairies are unable to take on new customers who are outside their zone; and whether in view of his Department's order that the old zoning scheme is no longer in force and housewives may change to the retailer of their choice, he will take the necessary steps to make the new order effective.
