§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsI assume that my hon. Friend has in mind those officers who have been selected for appointment to Departments of Colonial Governments concerned with labour matters, principally on account of their trade union experience in the United Kingdom. These form only a part of the service in the Labour Departments of the Colonies. The following is the required information:—
