§ Dr. SummerskillThe values of imports of food and feedingstuffs from these three areas in the three periods mentioned are estimated to be as follows:

(3) what instructions have been issued by which retailers are ordered to supply milk against milk grids from the 2½ per cent. margin; and where these instructions may be found.
§ Dr. SummerskillRetailers are permitted to supply unregistered customers holding valid temporary ration documents R.B.12 and are required to give priority to such customers who are also priority consumers. They have been informed, individually by notice, that the marginal allowance is partly intended to cover these 285W supplies. No instructions have been given to retailers or public to mark, date or cut out the grids.
