WilsonSpecial arrangements have been in operation for a long time past to assist the manufacturing section of the cotton industry to obtain increased supplies of accessories and ancillary machinery of the kinds mentioned in the Moelwyn Hughes Report. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply and I are discussing with the Cotton Spinners and Manufacturers Association what further steps can be taken to help.
