§ 93. Mr. Harold Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what steps have now been taken to establish an International Rice Council since the F.A.O. Rice Meeting at Baguio.
Mr. McNeilThe Food and Agriculture Organisation has circulated the draft constitution of the proposed International Rice Council to its member Governments for consideration. As far as we know no Government has yet announced its intention of accepting the Constitution and joining the Council.
