(2) what are the future proposals for the circulation of the publication, "Target"; how often will it be published; and to whom is it circulated.
§ Mr. Glenvil HallTwenty-eight thousand copies of "Target" have been printed and circulated, 24,000 direct to factory managements, and the rest to management and trade associations, trade unions, the Press, etc. The amount of paper used was about 1¼ tons, and the cost about £800. For the future it is proposed that "Target" should be produced monthly and be distributed to the managing directors of all factories employing over 100 workers.
