§ Mr. BevanThe Howard house is supplied to local authorities under the provisions of Section 3 of the Building Materials and Housing Act, 1945. No final figures are yet available. The nationally agreed prices for the B.I.S.F., Wates and Easiform houses are £1,307, £1,274 and £1,210 or £1,222 respectively. These prices are subject to increase, because of rises in wage rates and costs of materials.
