§ Mr. IsaacsThe resident medical officer or other officer in charge at all hostels for European Volunteer Workers is responsible for the maintenance of personal hygiene in the hostel. Arrangements exist with the local authorities for the disinfestation, when necessary, of, clothing and bedding and with the Ministry of Works for the disinfestation of premises.
