Dottridge Brothers, of East Road, London.
§ Mr. SilkinIn view of the slowing down of building development due to our economic difficulties, the policy of land acquisition has had to be reconsidered, and this has led to some delay in this case, but I hope to be in a position to reach a decision very shortly.
