§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsThe Uganda cotton crop is bought by the Uganda Government which employs an organised Cotton Exporters Group on an agency basis to handle exports. Bulk sales have been, or are being, negotiated with the United Kingdom and India. The balance of the present crop will be sold by auction.
