Mr. Carsonasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that the apparently dilapidated condition of Wellington Barracks compares unfavourably with that of a number of private houses in its neighbourhood which have been newly repainted; and if he will cause the barracks to be redecorated forthwith.
