HL Deb 17 February 1948 vol 153 cc1164-6WA
The Earl of MUNSTER

asked His Majesty's Government, whether it is their intention to publish in this country the United States Department of State paper Nazi-Soviet Relations, 1939–41.

Lord PAKENHAM

The noble Lord will doubtless have seen the reply which the Foreign Secretary gave to the Leader of the Opposition in another place in answer to a similar question. The Foreign Secretary has undertaken to look into the whole question very thoroughly and to give in a few weeks' time a more definite answer as to the policy to be followed in regard to the American publication. In the meantime, a copy is being placed in the Library of this House.

House adjourned at twenty minutes past seven o'clock.
