§ 7. Mr. Digbyasked the Minister of Works whether the review of local authorities licensing allocations has now been completed; and whether he is prepared to increase the licensing allocation of the Dorchester Rural District Council, having regard to the large amount of drainage work and essential repairs for which the council have to refuse licences, thereby preventing improvement of the standard of housing available for workers in the agricultural industry.
