§ Mr. BevanIt was decided in April, 1947, to order a bulk supply of hearing aids in accordance with the specification prepared by the Electro-Acoustics Committee of the Medical Research Council and the Post Office Research Department. I am not able to assess the cost of the preparatory work so far incurred.
