§ 95. Mr. Baldwinasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what representations have been made by the European and Indian communities in and around Nairobi to the Government of Kenya regarding the prevalence of theft and robbery, more particularly by organised and armed gangs of Africans; what increase in crimes against property there has been within the last three years; and what steps are being taken to deal with the matter.
