§ 92. Mr. Randallasked the Minister of Labour if he has any statement to make regarding the outcome of the meeting of employers and trade union representatives called to discuss with him schemes for stepping up output in the cotton industry.
§ Mr. IsaacsI assume that my hon. Friend refers to the meeting which my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade and I held with representatives of the two sides of the cotton industry on 27th January. I have at present nothing to add to the terms of the statement issued to the Press following the meeting, of which I am sending a copy to my hon. Friend.
