§ 97. Mr. F. Willeyasked the Minister of Health when it is estimated a decision will be announced on the extension of the boundaries of the county borough of Sunderland.
§ Mr. BevanThe Local Government Boundary Commission have already announced certain provisional conclusions regarding the boundaries of the county borough of Sunderland. They stated, at the same time, that a decision regarding the northern boundary of the county borough must await the outcome of their investigation of the Tyneside area. This investigation was commenced in the autumn of last year and has not yet been completed.
