§ 69. Mr. Errollasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies why extensive monopoly powers have been granted to the Uganda Electricity Board.
Mr. Creech JonesThe powers conferred on the Board are a natural corollary of the resolution of the Uganda Legislative Council to set up a public corporation to control the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity supplies in the Protectorate.
