§ 91. Sir A. Salterasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what arrangements are made, whether through I.R.O. or otherwise, to assist or afford legal protection to the refugee or deported Roumanians, estimated to exceed 50,000, 228W now in the British and other western zones of Germany and Austria.
Mr. McNeilThe various authorities who are responsible for refugees and displaced persons in the Western zones of Germany and Austria provide assistance and legal protection on the merits of each individual case and the various categories of persons coming from Roumania are treated in exactly the same manner as the corresponding categories of persons of other nationalities.
