§ Mr. BottomleyAs stated in my reply to the hon. Member for Orpington (Sir W. Smithers) on 27th May last, Mr. Blond's appointment as United Kingdom 117W Trade Adviser in the United States is for a period of two years. He receives an expenses allowance of 20,000 dollars a year but no salary. Travel and clerical assistance are estimated to cost 8,000 dollars a year.
