Anscomb, of Sunny Acres, Clappers Lane, Fulking, Sussex, who wrote to him last August with regard to obtaining a certificate for exemption from payment of development charge for the erection of a bungalow, has not yet received an answer.
§ Mr. SilkinI regret the delay in dealing with this case. It presents unusual features, as a result of which a decision cannot be given as quickly as would otherwise be possible. The difficulties have been explained to Mr. Anscomb, and he will be informed as soon as they have been resolved.
