§ 82. Mr. Hoggasked the Minister of Food whether he has considered the complaint sent to him by the hon. Member for Oxford from the Retail Fruit Trade Federation, Oxford and District Branch, of the Ministry selling them oranges at above the maximum price owing to short weight; and what action has been taken in the matter.
§ Dr. SummerskillI received the complaint from the hon. Member on 22nd April and will make inquiries into the allegation if he will furnish me with the name of the retailer and his supplier, the date on which the oranges in question were received and the shippers' code number on the packages.
