§ Mr. H. WilsonYes. The present directors of the Company have given me their willing co-operation and, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at a special meeting to be held on 29th April, the new Articles of Association, which follow closely on those agreed for all the other Estate Companies, will come into force on 1st May. In view of the very important work which still remains to be clone in the North-East, I have decided to appoint a full-time salaried Chairman, who will be Mr. S. A. Sadler Forster. I am now in process of appointing the remaining directors and hope to announce their names shortly.
