§ Mr. H. WilsonBoth my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply and I have emphasised to industry the desirability of expanding trade with Soviet Russia. I am in touch with the Head of the Soviet Trade Delegation in London on matters arising out of the Agreement and doubtless we shall at the appropriate time discuss the procedure for the negotiations envisaged in part B of the Agreement.
