§ Mr. StracheyI regret there is nothing I can add to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Dagenham (Mr. Parker) on 9th February, except to remind my hon. Friend that distributors will receive no increase in their margins and will therefore be under strong incentive not to increase their costs.
