HC Deb 12 April 1948 vol 449 cc46-7W
85. Brigadier Medlicott

asked the Minister of Education if he is aware that the construction of urgently needed fire escapes at the boarding house at Paston Grammar School, North Walsham, Norfolk, has been delayed through the inability of the contractors to obtain the necessary amount of steel; and if he will arrange, for sufficient priority to be given to enable this work to be completed with the least possible delay.

Mr. Hardman

I am informed that the necessary steel has now been delivered.
