§ Mr. McCorquodaleasked the Minister of Works what quantity of bricks is at present being imported.
§ Mr. KeyImport licences were granted prior to June, 1947, for about 46 million facing and seven million common bricks from Belgium and Holland. No licences have since been granted. I have no information as to any quantities outstanding on these licences. No bricks have been imported on Government account since August, 1947.
