§ 65. Mr. W. J. Brownasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what progress has been made with the payment of increases to pensioners under the Pensions (In-crease) Act, 1947; and in how many cases payment is still outstanding.
§ Mr. DaltonIncreases have now been paid to 55,000 Civil Service and 18,000 teacher pensioners. The number of outstanding cases is 20,000 and 42,000 respectively.
