§ Mr. TomlinsonThe schemes of allowances submitted by local authorities for each of the three years 1945–48 have been agreed to with the following exceptions:—

Primary and Secondary Schools 2 13 22 Establishments for Further Education 3 20 17 Seventeen local authorities have not yet submitted their primary and secondary school schemes for 1946/7 and 53 are outstanding for 1947/8. For establishments for further education the relevant figures for the three years are:—
