§ Mr. H. WilsonYes. I regard it as of great importance that all companies should comply with these important provisions as soon as possible, but I recognise that it would not be practicable to bring them into force without reasonable notice. I, therefore, take this opportunity of announcing that the requirements will be brought into full operation on 1st July, 1948.
