§ 120. Mr. D. Jonesasked the Attorney-General what action the Government proposes to take in regard to the recommendation contained in paragraph 89 of the report dealing with alternative remedies, which has reference to the doctrine of common employment.
The Solicitor-GeneralThe Bill to amend the law relating to personal injuries which it is intended to introduce at an early date, will contain a proposal for the abolition of the doctrine of common employment.
