asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he has yet reached a decision concerning the complaints made to his Department by the deputation from the Association of Kerosene Distributors on 7th July.

Yes. I have written to the hon. Member in reply to his letter of 26th September drawing my attention to complaints that have been made by the Association of Kerosene Distributors.
