asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, when it is proposed to introduce legislation implementing the recommendations of the Cameron Committee on Legal Aid.

The preparation of a scheme of Legal Aid and Legal Advice is in hand, but I am unable to say whether it will be found possible to introduce legislation on the subject this Session.
