§ Mr. MayhewFrom reports received from His Majesty's Chargé d'Affairs at Madrid it appears that three firms in which there are British interests were affected by the strike in the Bilbao district. None of these firms have appealed for assistance to His Majesty's Chargé d'Affairs or to His Majesty's Consul at Bilbao.
