§ Mr. T. WilliamsI understand that the hon. Member has in mind the allocation of raw materials for the manufacture of agricultural implements. The question of steel allocations is being kept constantly under review by the Government, and although the position must remain acute for some time to come, I am hopeful that the quantity available for the manufacture of agricultural machinery and implements will be increased as soon as the general position permits.
