§ 92. Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is prepared to issue to local authorities in Scotland a circular similar to 49/47 issued by the Minister of Health but adapted to Scottish needs.
§ Mr. WestwoodA circular on the care of old people was issued to Scottish local authorities on 2nd April last and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy.
