Mr. Keelingasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is aware of the economic crisis impending in the Northern territories of the Gold Coast owing to the shortage of disc hoes, without which farming is impossible; and whether he is arranging for sheet steel to be supplied to manufacturers of these hoes.
